Designed friction-free application, onboarding and deposit user journeys. Wrote clear, reassuring copy across core account management experiences, helping users to effortlessly view balances, track savings, and transfer money.

Financial and regulatory writing

Collaborated with banking experts to develop a bank of approved financial and regulatory messaging that could be used in multiple places across the user experience. Focusing on stripping out financial jargon while making sure we stayed fully compliant with finance regulations.

Content strategy and operations

Translated Prosper’s early brand vision and voice into a practical and accessible writing style guide for their app, web and editorial content. Worked with the founders to establish internal content tools such as content sign-off processes, language systems, and website templates.
