Right now

I work at Starling Bank as a lead content designer where I design end-to-end customer journeys as much as I design the words within them. I work across retail and business banking, as well internally on business-wide content operations.

In my role I partner with product, research, engineering, risk, legal, marketing and customer support teams to create award-winning banking experiences. My recent work includes launching one of the UK’s first AI banking assistants, building an accessibility and customer support hub, and designing the student account experience.

In the past

I’ve worked as a senior content strategist at Portable, a purpose-driven design and technology agency in Melbourne, Australia. Much of my work there was research and service design focused. I regularly facilitated workshops and research sessions with stakeholders and end users in order to design online and in-person services for healthcare, legal, government, education and not-for-profit organisations.

I’ve also worked at MYOB, one of Australia’s biggest software companies, and freelanced throughout my career in both Australia and the UK, mainly with fintechs and independent businesses owners.

Outside of work

I enjoy hiking, cooking and trying to keep my garden alive. I'm also a bit of an old soul – both when it comes to my music taste and my bedtime.
